Welcome to NBN Analytics. By using our website at nbnanalytics.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

NBN Analytics provides statistics, analysis, and AI-powered insights for the Nothin' But Net (NBN) basketball simulation league. The Site includes free content available to all users and premium features available through paid subscriptions.

2. Accounts

To access certain features (including AI Chat), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Keep your password secure and not share your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer three tiers:

• Free: Full access to all statistics pages with 3 AI Chat questions per month. Advertisements are displayed.
• Ad-Free ($2/month): All Free features plus no advertisements and 3 AI Chat questions per day.
• Premium ($4/month): All Ad-Free features plus unlimited AI Chat questions.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account page or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

5. AI Chat Service

Our AI Chat feature is powered by third-party AI models and provides analysis based on available league data. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI analysis is for entertainment and informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• AI responses should not be used as the sole basis for any decision
• We may change AI providers, models, or capabilities at any time

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape the Site or its APIs at excessive rates
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content without permission
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Site's security
• Use the AI Chat to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, code, and original content are owned by NBN Analytics. NBN league data (player stats, team information, game results) is sourced from the Nothin' But Net simulation league and is used for analysis purposes.

You may share links to the Site and reference statistics with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the Site without permission.

8. Advertisements

Free-tier users will see advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads may use cookies and tracking technologies. By using the free tier, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed. Paid subscribers will not see advertisements.

9. Availability

We strive to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses due to downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

NBN Analytics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
